I have read both of those works, one...Well... ah... I have read both of those works, one in translation, the other in the original. Whenever i am in the States and go to have a coffee at a certain coffee shop chain where they ask for your name and then write it on the cup, I always say "Call me Ishmael". After all, isn't the name of that chain the same as the first mate of the Pequod? Only once did I get a reaction.
