In the middle of the journey of my life, I am--as always--a woman on a bike. Although I do not know where this road will lead, the way is not lost, for I have arrived here. And I am on my bicycle, again.
I am Justine Valinotti.

A Sign Of Things To Come?
I should have seen this coming:
a folding electric bike. It actually makes a certain amount of sense, especially in cities like New York and Tokyo. Still, it looks pretty odd--at least to me.
Potholes! In the UK road users spend more repairing their vehicles pothole damage than it would cost to repair the actual holes and stop putting lives in danger. Cycling through a standing puddle of water is akin to Russian Roulette.
Whether they are intended to be used or not, ebikes have pedals. I'd call the item in the photo a "scooter." Nowadays, a lot of electric scooters have seats.
